These nodes are “tach” bus nodes.

Properties not inherited from the base binding file.

`pinctrl-0`	`phandles`	configurations of pinmux controllers in tachometers
`sample-clk`	`int`	sampling clock frequency of tachometer. Please notice that it must be fixed to 32768 if bus in clocks property is NPCX_CLOCK_BUS_LFCLK.
`port`	`int`	selected port of tachometer (port-A is 0 and port-B is 1)
`pulses-per-round`	`int`	number of pulses (holes) per round of tachometer's input (encoder)

`wakeup-source`	`boolean`	Property to identify that a device can be used as wake up source. When this property is provided a specific flag is set into the device that tells the system that the device is capable of wake up the system. Wake up capable devices are disabled (interruptions will not wake up the system) by default but they can be enabled at runtime if necessary.
